Once a digital product is purchased and delivered, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.

2. Exceptions

Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

• You were charged multiple times for the same item due to a technical error.
• You did not receive the product and have contacted us within 7 days of purchase.
• The file is corrupted or doesn't open, and we are unable to resolve the issue.
